Daily Planner Plus is a personal information manager which allows you to store data in a compact organized form. The application has a modular structure. There are 3 main functions accessible from "Daily Planner Information" drop-down menu, which certifies that the program works primarily as a daily planner, a to-do list, and a calendar. There are other subsidiary modules which enhance the program's functionality.
Most of the modules can be customized differently in terms of panel and text color, so that you can have nice-colored eye-catching display boards. In addition, for secrecy of information, you can password-protect some of the modules.
Excepting the main functions, the Planner which helps you have a detailed view upon the scheduled activities during the day, the To-do list that lets you keep track of tasks you need to accomplish, and the Calendar Maker which allows you to create a simple monthly timetable with principal activities, this application also works as a complex Address Book where you can store much information upon a contact, including a photo. The program also provides four types of calculators: an Actuarial calculator for a simple financial report regarding present and future value of amount or annuity, a classic Calculator similar to other computer tools of this type, a Home calculator, which gives you an idea upon how much home you can afford taking into account your income, and a Loan calculator for calculating auto loans. You can also use Daily Planner Plus as a Daily Journal for saving diary-like personal thoughts, a Home Budget to record monthly amounts, a Warranty Information keeper for purchased products, a Conversion tool between units of measurement, and a Password keeper. For moments of relaxation you can read the statements from General and Humorous Thoughts, which will bring you good mood.
I could say that not all functions are really useful but, for the sake of the main ones which help you keep an organized database, Daily Planner Plus is worth to be tried.
